Nikki
Expert Hygienist
Nikki grew up in many southern cities but claims Athens as her home. She attended college at The University of Georgia where she received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Jewelry and Metals in 2012. Nikki always had an interest in healthcare sciences and decided to go back to school to pursue a career as a dental hygienist. She graduated from Athens Technical College in 2018, receiving an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Nikki was nominated for the Technical College System of Georgia’s Award of Occupational Leadership and was the Class of 2018 recipient of the Program Director’s Award and Simply Hygiene’s Professional Growth Award. Nikki enjoys serving her community by volunteering in the dental clinic at Mercy Health Center and by giving oral health presentations to school age children. She looks forward to continuing education opportunities and is an active member of the local chapter of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Her favorite part about her job is educating about oral health while building trusting relationships with patients. In her free time, Nikki enjoys making jewelry, being on the lake, and spending time with her boyfriend and their two dogs.
